How Does an Infrared Sauna Work?
Unlike a traditional sauna that primarily heats the surrounding air, an infrared sauna uses radiant energy to warm the body directly. This allows infrared saunas to operate at lower air temperatures while still providing a warm, relaxing experience. They're a popular choice for home wellness spaces where convenience, comfortable temperatures and easy year-round use are priorities.
